Our highly experienced Head chef Joey is passionate about Japanese food. He joins us having worked previously for the highly regarded Zuma in HK, an Omakase restaurant in Seoul, Korea, and alongside a Michelin stared restaurant chef in Tokyo. His creative approach to his recipes comes from his international experience and he continues to evolve with memorable flavours only for you.

At Higasa Sushi, we are dedicated to delivering your sushi within 2 hours of placing your order or at a time of your choosing. Our website makes it easy to select your preferred delivery date and time, allowing you to pre-order several days in advance or request same-day delivery.
We pride ourselves on offering one of the most affordable delivery services in HK. The minimum order for delivery is just HKD 200, and you can enjoy free delivery for orders over HKD 400.
Our professional delivery partners ensure that your orders are kept in insulated bags until they reach your
doorstep, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
