❤️🌏 At Higasa Sushi we do our best to be eco-friendly so we provide wooden boxes, bamboo chopsticks, recycled paper napkins and paper bags. We offer soy sauce sachets, napkins and chopsticks only when you request them on the website, it is not automatically given in order to prevent disposable and plastic wastage. For catering, we provide re-usable wooden trays: nice presentation and more sustainable. Help us to help the planet!
